Motion Dynamicx provides both private and group instruction in Yang style T'ai chi. The ancient art form dates back to around 900AD, while structured systems of Tai chi evolved in the late 1700s.

This vein of Yang style derives from Yang Chen Fu. It is known for its powerful free-flowing movement self-defense applications.

Instruction covers basic Tai chi movement, grounding, balance, total body connection, development of integrated supple power, relaxation, focus, awareness and heightened sense of well-being.

Tim Gnazale is a 30-year instructor of the art form, and has practiced Shaolin kung fu and Tai chi since 1985. Tim was originally trained in San Jose and Palo Alto, California.
